Sizing

Can you help me find the right size?

All of our products are to UK sizing - most products are available from adult size S (UK small) - 2XL (UK extra, extra large).
Youth items will have a size chart on the product images.

Ordering

How do I place an order with CHAOSREIGNS?

Browse our products, choose your size and colour (where applicable) and add items into your basket. You can then proceed to checkout either as a guest or create an account for future orders.

What happens once I have placed my order?

Once your order is completed and your payment has been received by us, we will send a notification to you advising that your order is being processed and is on it’s way. Most goods will usually be shipped within 3 working days of confirmation of your order and depending on where you are in the world, can take up to two weeks for delivery. Due to the nature of Print on Demand, fulfillment could be relatively local, or from another country altogether!

How much do you charge for delivery?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and will vary depending on where you are in the world.

Shipping & Returns

Can I track my order online?

Once your order is dispatched, you should receive a notification with a tracking number from your local postal service or the service based on the manufacturing location. All tracking is handled by the postal service and may not be applicable for all countries/regions, however once your order has been dispatched, details for tracking will be provided in the email.

Where will my order be shipped from?

Orders are shipped from international fulfillment centers so depending on the item(s) ordered, they may be produced locally or across the globe!

When will I receive my package?

We ask that you allow up to 14 working days to receive your purchase. Refer to tracking information for updates (see above).

Can I return an item?

Due to the nature of Print on Demand, returns are not accepted however if there are any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us by filling out the contact form or emailing chaosreigns.shop@gmail.com.

What if I receive my order but the product is damaged?

If there are any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us by filling out the contact form or emailing chaosreigns.shop@gmail.com. Problems must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Although highly improbable, email us at chaosreigns.shop@gmail.com and we’ll take a look into it!

Misc

I am a retailer and wish to stock your designs. How can I do so?

All of our designs are copyrighted under UK law and therefore protected for the use under the CHAOSREIGNS trademark only so permissions will need to be obtained by contacting us. All business contact should be made through chaosreigns.shop@gmail.com.
